What is the difference between the canvas and pinboard maps?
Canvas maps are stretched over an internal wooden frame with a premium finished look and are ready to hang. Pinboard maps are printed on matte paper and mounted to foam board, making them thinner and ideal for framing.
Can I use push pins on both options?
Yes, both map types are specifically designed for push pins.
Does the map come framed?
Canvas maps do not include an external frame but are ready to hang. Pinboard maps do not include a frame, but many customers choose to frame them.
What are your maps made of?
Our maps are printed using pigment inks for long-lasting color and are mounted or stretched over durable backing designed for push pin use.

How does personalization work?
You can customize your map with a title, names, and a personalized legend using our live preview tool.
What happens if I don't select personalization?
If personalization is not selected, the map will not include a legend.
Can I preview my personalization before ordering?
Yes, a live preview is available before purchase.
Can I request custom changes?
Yes, feel free to message us before ordering.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders include both production time and shipping time. Production typically takes a few business days before shipment.
Is the map packaged safely?
Yes, all maps are securely packaged in protective materials and shipped in discreet boxes.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping may be available, but production time still applies.
International Orders
Will I have to pay customs fees?
