We stand behind every map we make. Your colors will stay vibrant for decades — and if they don't, we'll make it right.

Our Promise

If your KR Maps print fades under normal indoor display conditions, we will replace it free of charge. No questions, no hassle.

What's Covered

Color fading on maps displayed indoors, away from direct sunlight
Yellowing or discoloration of the print surface over time
Ink degradation under normal humidity and temperature conditions

What's Not Covered

Fading caused by prolonged direct sunlight exposure
Water damage, moisture, or high-humidity environments (e.g. bathrooms)
Physical damage, staining, or chemical contact
Normal wear from push pin use (small pin holes are expected and by design)

Why We Can Make This Promise

Every map we produce is printed on a Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-4000 using LUCIA PRO pigment inks — the same archival-grade ink system used in museum reproductions and fine art galleries.

Independent testing by Wilhelm Imaging Research rates these pigment inks for over 200 years of fade resistance under glass, and 80-100+ years in open-air indoor display. We're not guessing — the science backs it up.

How to File a Claim

If you believe your map has faded under normal display conditions, contact us with a photo of the map and your original order number. We'll review it and ship a replacement at no cost.
