At KR Maps, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handcrafted travel maps. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your map isn't the perfect fit for your home, we are here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

• Non-Personalized Maps: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Personalized/Custom Maps: Due to the custom nature of these items, we cannot accept returns for maps with custom titles or personalized details unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping & Fees

• Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping for all domestic orders within the 30-day window.

• Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@krmaps.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover all costs for replacements of damaged goods.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
