You will receive a proof within 1-3 days of ordering your map. Once you approve of that proof, we begin production on the map. Processing times vary based on the time of the year. Check out processing times next to the listing photos to get a more accurate time frame. Once the map is shipped, average delivery time is 2-4 business days.
To ensure we can deliver an accurate map to you, we ask that our customers communicate with us through the Etsy messaging system only. Replying to any automated email that is sent by Etsy may result in us not being able to see your message.
We do not currently make or receive phone calls or texts at this time regarding orders.
