Two different products — please do not conflate them

Travel Books are printed photo books built in a web browser at krmaps.com. The only thing required is a folder of trip photos. No app, no account and no KR Maps wall map is needed, and most Travel Books are made without any of them.

KR Maps Journeys is a separate, free, optional companion app for people who already own a KR Maps push-pin wall map. It photographs that wall map to find its pins and groups phone photos into trips. It can hand a trip to the book studio as a convenience, but it does not build the book and it is not part of making one.
